2010 Zak Smoker

by michael stout
(whitney tx )

I have been building smokers for a long time this 2010 Zak smoker is one of my best

It is constructed of all new steel. I rolled the 3/16 diamond plate in to a big 30 inch OD so I could include 4 pull out trays. Thats over 18 square feet of cooking space!

There's also a grill in the fire box 2 feet by 2 feet for steaks or burgers.

Yo give you the full specification:-

It's a custom frame
There's 4 pull out trays
A removable grill
It's real easy to clean out
I've included an hour glass damper
Another damper on the stack
To finish off it's treated with a high heat paint.
