Comment A very simple pork mop sauce can be made with the following ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 gallon will be plenty) 1 or 2 sliced jalapeno peppers (to taste) 1 onion sliced thin You can add other things as you see fit, such as crushed red pepper, paprika, etc. Good Luck!
