Starting Charcoal
by: NM

You may want to pick up a charcoal starter instead of using lighter fluid. This will help avoid creating any after taste from the starter fluid. Not too mention that stuff is just plain nasty.

Here's the one I use (works great):
Weber 87886 Chimney Starter

You just put a bit of paper in the bottom and fill it up with coals, then light the paper. Works great, and no nasty lighter fluid near your food.
