Barbecue Banana Dessert Recipe
Try wrapping some bananas in foil and place them onto your rack above the dying embers of your bbq....When you can hear them sizzle/hiss and they feel soft when gently squeezed it's time to unwrap the foil.
The skin should have split from end to end by now so lay the banana, skin and all into a bowl, add a generous dollop of creme fraiche and some Baileys liqueur......Fantastic !
