Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Barbecue Beef Sandwiches are fantastic and a perfect way to use up the leftovers from the weekend cookout.

The best cut to use for sandwiches is brisket. It’s not an expensive cut of meat so you afford to buy a little extra and if there is some left over, well all the better. Click here for my Barbecue Beef Brisket Recipes.

Remember brisket needs to be cooked gently over medium coals for a number of hours and all the better if you use an indirect method of cooking. Boy oh boy is it worth it but if you’re short on time it’s maybe not the best one to go for.

Sliced Brisket Ready To Be Slapped In A Bun

If however you’ve just grilled a steak and are looking for ways to make sandwiches. Slice thinly, a layer of salad and top it off with one of my homemade barbecue sauces , what could be better?

For light weekday lunches a bbq beef sandwich really hits the spot beef makes a perfect filling for a pitta or a wrap.

Don’t forget my BBQ spit roasted beef for that perfect roast beef sandwich!
