I remember that time that I grilled a side of salmon for my folks whilst on a camping trip. Perfectly cooked if I do say so myself, I lost it trying to take it off the grill and it landed on the beautifully trimmed lawn of the campground.

We were in France, so I dusted it off and christened it “saumon à l'herbe” due to the few remaining bits of greenery stuck to the salmon (If you don't speak French, look it up in the dictionary) and to this day, well 'til now at least, no one was any the wiser.
