Kamado BBQ Beef Hamburger

The mix for the burgers is extremely easy because to be honest, if the beef is good than the traditional salt and pepper seasoning is as good as it gets. Ingredients:- - Ground Beef (allow 200g per serving)
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt
Method:- In a bowl, mix in the salt and pepper and make the patties. Get your ceramic barbecue up to 340°C or 650°F and slap the patties on giving then a flip after 2 minutes. Now close the lid, shut the vent and damper and continue to cook for another 5-8 minutes. What could be more simple? TIP - Shutting the dampers on your ceramic smoker is a great way to keep food warm. See Also:-
