BBQ Smoker Help

I bought a smoker from Walmart last spring and have never used it. It has 3 shelves and a door on it.

Can you please provide some BBQ Smoker help with recipes? I need recipes for hamburgers, pork chops, roast turkey, deer meat, etc. I also need to know what kind of chips to use on different meats. Also the temperature and how long to cook it.
