Claws To Shred Pork

I was looking for a set of claws to shred pork with after you've cooked it. I have seen them at a Barbecue competition that I attended back in March

I can't remember what they where called and don't know where to get them. Can you help please?

I sure can help. The claws you refer to are commonly known as Bear Paws and they really are worth investing in if your into a pulled pork barbeque.

I've read many reviews about what is a very simple barbecue accessory and everyone raves about how much easier it is and less time consuming to pull pork this way. For example, 40lbs of pork butt pulled in 20 minutes - now that's going some!

They are so versatile, you can use them on brisket, chicken or turkey.
