Easy To Peel Eggs

by Chloe
(Austin , TX)

Peeling the shell from eggs can be a long process and wouldn't it be nice to have easy to peel eggs?

Boil the eggs as you would normally and after boiling, crack the shell lightly and immediately dunk into iced water. Replace ice as it melts and allow the eggs to sit for at least 30 minutes.

The result is super easy to peel eggs.
