We are all members of the American Veterans motorcycle club in Oklahoma. We love riding our bikes and cooking low and slow. This is our first year of competition cooking so if anyone out there wants to give us tips and tricks we're all ears. I've been cooking and building smokers a long time, but competition cooking is different from family and friends bbq. I'm excited about competing for the first time at Smoke in the spring at Osage City, KS April 10-11. After that who knows, we may be in your neighborhood competing.
