My guide to family outdoor activities was prepared because we all lead busy lives and the time we spend with our children is precious. We must make the most of it.

We've all heard "Dad (or Mum), I'm bored" once or twice and any suggestions we make usually get shrugged away. What children really want in this situation is to be engaged and involved in something and what better that some cooking, a BBQ or perhaps a picnic?
