Lets spill the beans on why Firefighters Barbecue Sauce is so good:

It's great because of the ingredients and balance of flavors that it brings to Foods. Beer, Bourbon, Mesquite Honey and Habanero Chiles.

AND it helps benefit FireFighters.

It is the same recipe that I won Best Hot Barbecue in 2005 (the only year I entered) from over 600 entries. I tamed it down just a tad to make it 'Family Friendly'. If you look at the how to plank a salmon on this site you will see how my Raspberry Barbecue sauce did.
