Fish and Seafood Directory Links

A bit of fish and seafood on the barbecue? Can't be bad but remember always make sure it's fresh. To be honest I didn't really like fish for the first thirty years of my life and I'm convinced that it's because I couldn't get it freshly caught.

In recent years I've been traveling around Europe on business and really noticeable when the locals advise on which days to eat fish. The general rule of thumb is don't eat fish on a Monday because the fishermen don't sail on a Sunday so Monday's fish is clearly two days old at least. Logical huh?

If you're into fish I hope you'll find some of the weblinks below of interest.

Just Smoked Salmon

Senor Pescado - Great Latin seafood recipes and purchase options too.

Bubba Johnson Shrimp - Can you find a better shrimp supplier than this?

Crab Cake Recipes - It's gotta be the best recipe, right here.
