Located in beautiful Gatlinburg Tn. The Flying Pig Smokehouse is a 2 year old establishment just off the beaten path right in the middle of Winery Square. A perfect in between stop for tourists and a favorite of the locals, The Pig offers traditional smoked pork sanwiches and brisket.

You can feast à la carte or try platters with tasty sides of beans, cole slaw, or potatoe salad. Grab a bottle of wine in the adjacent winery and you have the picture perfect afternoon or evening.
