Great BBQ story and place

Iowa Park, TX needs a good bbq place. No bbq in town....just chicken, TexMex and plain Ole McDonalds junk, Sonic etc. We need a nice place to eat!!!!!.

I have the property on the highway just on outskirts of Iowa Park. It is almost 2 acres across from the high school. Beware though.....a fast food chain came to town with $425,000 to buy property by me..."right before the 1st stop sign" which was the selling fact.

I have an interested buyer but will consider all offers.
