Help Others Enjoy Barbecue

You too can help others enjoy barbecue and everything that goes with outdoor cooking......it's just about spreading the word.

It's only a hundred years ago that we used to eat inside and the bathroom was in the garden, now it's the other way round! How things change but at least this change is for the better.

There's a lot written about BBQ by the purists amongst us and to some extent I think that almost sets out to deter anyone from having a go for fear of getting it wrong. But it is both a science and an art:-

  1. Follow the rules and you're halfway there
  2. Trial and error (and also personal taste)

As barbecue enthusiasts we need to continue to spread the word and get the new generation understanding that smoking doesn't necessarily mean nicotine and cancer.

You don't have to start with anything special. I started out with this homemade brick bbq grill some thirty years ago, back in the days before the internet when I couldn't ever even dream of writing this website.

Please help me spread the word by making a donation to the running of the site. I want to keep it free for all users and it's only with your donations that I can make end meet. In order to develop I need to buy more barbecues to trial and review and I need to buy video equipment to help build our presence on You Tube......and it all costs money.

To ensure that we get a double wammy from your donations I'm also giving away a barbecue apron to everyone who donates $30 ore more. The apron is blue with adjustable halter, a center pocket and is embroidered with barbecue-smoker-recipes.com.

So now's the time to spread the word and help others enjoy barbecue as much as you do by making a donation.

Many thanksPaul

P.S. If you can't afford to make a donation then that's OK. Do the next best thing.
