The stainless steel cabinet is mounted on castors. 52,000 BTU / Hr 869 sq inches of cooking space (or 40 burgers) with 4 burners each rated at 13,000 BTU / Hr. This model also includes a side burner for warming sauces and sides. The stainless steel cabinet is mounted on castors. 62,000 BTU / Hr Offers the same cooking space as the 52,000 BTU / Hr unit but with a different combination of burners with 3 x 13,000 BTU / Hr + 1 x 23,000 BTU / Hr main burner.
