May 17, 2010 Rating Return Your defective Jenn Air Grill for a Refund by: Anonymous To those of you who purchased the Jenn Air Junk grills. I just want you to know that you should not throw them away, you should go to those places where you purchased them and return them for a full refund. The Big Box Home Improvement stores are the easiest to make a return, even if you don't have your receipt they might give you a gift card, but that's better than nothing. I'd call Jenn Air and make a complaint also. There's no sense in producing an expensive product so cheaply that you ruin your customers enjoyment just for the sake of getting a stake in the grill sales market, and in the process ruin your company name. Jenn Air used to be a quality name product but not any more, even in the kitchen appliances they are not a leader anymore. So go now and make that return, stand firm and protest if you have to, file a small claims suit, in most cases it's $30 to $90.00 you'll get your money back at some point.
