More About Jenn Air Gas Grills:- I have a 720-0141 LP Jenn Air Propane Grill (Drop-In). Nightmare to perform maintenance on. Burner cotter-pins for burner removal almost impossible to get to. Lid too heavy. Rarely achieves a temp. of 250 in the winter cold months (I live in California) At this very moment I've taken the whole thing apart(weighs 150 LBS) and it's a terrible engineering design to attempt to work on. It's apart because I'm trying to see why flame and blow back is coming from igniter area, understand why two of the igniters aren't working and why burners blow out when its windy. The temp gauge says 600 degrees, mine has never risen above 350 degrees on a hottest summer day. To tell the truth I probably won't even bother to put it back together. I'm browsing the web looking for a different brand...also I am a licensed contractor and even built my 10 foot x 3 foot custom Island for this particular model to drop in too!
