by: Paul

That magic ingredient of a beer is certainly going to make an appearance at my Independence Day BBQ party!

Happy July 4th to Chef Matt (AKA Anonymous), Linda and everyone!

Lipton Onion Burgers
by: Anonymous

Speaking for myself I just add the dry soup mix in with the ground beef and mix really well. Then I open a beer and form the burger pattys. Then I grill them while drinking my beer. Easy money. Happy 4th everyone

Hamburger Marinade Idea
by: Paul

Linda, Chef Matt,

Can I have a bit of a clarification here? Are we saying that we make up the soup mix, bring it to the boil so that it thickens and then add it to the ground beef?

Do you recommend how much to add? I can see that if you haven't got enough beef then it could become a bit of a paste and not firm enough to form into patties.

Let me know soonest coz I'm really up for trying this.

Cheers
Paul

Onion Burgers
by: Chef Matt

Linda, We have been doing the same thing for years. Love em' like no other. When you say Marinade, I think you actually put the soup mix in with the meat? Thats how we do it. I think I'll do this when I camp over the weekend of the 4th.
