Lum's Char-Siu Sauce

by Peter Kam
(Hawaii)

This sauce/marinade is unique and in the top half-percent of all sauces. My favorite recipe is to marinate a slab of spare ribs or short ribs overnight and then bake at 325F for about 25 minutes on each side.

Note from the Barbecue Smoker Recipe Man - Sounds like such a simple recipe and I can't wait to try it. Any leftovers will be chopped up for one of my favorite hot and sour soups. Nice one!
