Make A Quick Pie Crust

by Dani
(Vancouver, Canada)

For years I spent my time cutting cold butter into the flour either with two knives or one of those "pie crust tools" until the mixture resembled coarse meal.

Then a friend advised me to use a grater to grate the cold butter into the flour. This makes the process soooo much faster.

Nowadays I have a food processor and I just pulse the butter with the flour and add the liquid and pulse until it comes together, making the process even quicker still! Now making pie crust really is "Easy as pie"!
