I'm Paul, and I started building this site in 2006 because of my love of food and lighting fires (in a safe controlled manner I hasten to add)
As you can see, I'll cook on anything, anywhere and anytime. Night or day, Summer or Winter. It's not only about recipes now, there's advice for you at the Frequently Asked Questions section and equipment reviews for you to peruse. You can contribute at the barbecue forum, tell us about your barbecue smoker, why it's the best thing since sliced bread or dish the dirt if it's a waste of money. (A classic example of this is the Jenn Air section where there isn't anyone who has a good word to be said about it). Are you a newbie? Maybe the last paragraph was a little too much for you? Don't worry, we all started one day and there's not only me offering advice, many questions are answered by our enthusiastic readers on questions about how to use a smoker or grill. I've tried to group the Navbar into sections to help you cruise your way through the site and I hope that you have a great experience and come back for more.
