Perfect Flame Smoker Problems

We've got a Perfect Flame Smoker problem!

We did not receive the manaul and the store can't find one. Can you help us get started?

Answer:-

Unfortunately there’s no easy solution to this because Perfect Flame is a brand made exclusively for Lowe’s by a company in China called Lucas Innovations. As such Lucas Innovations don’t promote themselves so there’s no website to direct you to where you might be able to download a set of instructions.

In doing my research I'm sorry to report that you're not the only folks to have Perfect Flame smoker problems, it would appear to be quite common.

I find it strange that the Lowe’s store doesn’t have any other packs of this barbecue smoker in stock. Surely they could take a manual out of another unit and photocopy it for you? To me it just smacks of poor customer service and a problem that’s just “too hard”.

In my book an instruction manual is an integral part of the product that you purchased; your contract is with Lowe’s so if I were you I’d be straight down there to demand your product in full or a full refund. Ask for the store manager.

This is what the Lowe’s website states about returns

If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within ninety (90) days to any Lowe's store for a refund or exchange within our current return policy guidelines.

So get down to your store again, demand a manual and if you still get no response, take the smoker back and ask for a refund (that will focus the mind!)
