When in doubt, Throw it out!
by: Chef Matt / Tucson

I agree completely with the answer. Nothing is worse than feeling sick from eating something that was not handled or cooked properly. When in doubt, throw it out is the home rule that should be followed. Many times and this is sad but true, restaurants will try to "save" a product that has been mis handled. Word gets around quickly when this happens. Restaurants have the added pressure of trying to make a profit which often times makes them create bad situations and stupid decisions. Make every meal as if your mother were coming to dinner. If it's not fit for her, see ya! Out it goes.
