You can buy turkey breast slices down the supermarket and they make for a relatively cheap cut of meat and big steaks. The trick is to cook them to perfection so that first of all they are cooked through but not too much that they become dry – generally 8 – 10 minutes will do the trick..
Turn them once during the cooking process and season to your liking.
Lay the steaks onto a serving dish and pour over the barbecue sauce – wicked!
