Weber Portable Barbeques

Weber portable barbeques might be small but certainly don’t compromise on quality. Disposable compact gas canisters fire the BBQ units and even the entry level unit has a porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grate.

If you're looking for portability, tailgate grilling or picnics then this is the grill range for you.

They look great but don't have to cost the earth if you buy over the internet. Remember, using an on line retailer means that there's no additional sales tax, the price you see is the price you pay and it's delivered to your door.

Q 100 & Q 120:-

Weber X100 BBQ

The Q 100 is the entry level with a cast aluminium base and lid and also features a push button ignition system and controllable burner. The Q 120 steps up with two tuck in flaps on each side for a work surface and tool rack and is a larger unit. Both have an 8,500 BTU burner

Q 200 & Q 220:-

These 200 & 220 units share the same body shells as the 100 & 120 respectively but with the 200 series there’s a step up in burner power kicking out 12,000 BTU / hour. The Q 200 is like the Q100 in size but includes the tuck away work tables and also features include a removable drip tray. The Q 220 steps ups the size (like the 120) and is the first of the range to include a built in thermometer and a heat resistant handle.

Q 300 & Q 320:-

The significantly larger Q 300 is still portable although this unit sits in a BBQ cart. The burner on both this unit and the Q 320 is now cranked up to 21,700 BTU / hour so rather than being fuelled by a small gas canister like the 100 and 200 series, the 300 hundred series are fuelled by a 20lb cylinder that sits under the unit on the cart. So what’s the difference between the 300 series models?……The Q 320 has a “gas out” warning light and comes with a Weber recipe book.
