World Food

This world food section is a catch all so you might think it a cop out but there's so much information out there of the differing regional cuisines it's impossible not to have a page. The main influences on my cooking are Asian and European so there's a whole lot more for me to learn about. If I find something interesting I'll pop it up here for everyone to take a look and comment on.
