Please can you help me learn how to bake bread in a Big Green Egg?

I have purchased a Big Green Egg, and I would like to cook bread, scones and sweets without them being smoked. Can you help me?

All you have to do is use the plate setter accessory to ensure that you are cooking indirectly and make sure that your firebox is thoroughly cleaned out.

Use fresh charcoal and get your Egg up to baking temperature (whatever your recipe requires) and you'll be well away.

I bake a lot of unleavened bread in my Egg and if you follow the preparation above you'll get a nice clean burn and no smoky taste.
