Nordic Ware Stovetop Smoker Review

Saw this smoker on the HSN website and wondered whether it is worth the expense. I checked the Nordic Ware website; it didn't provide anymore information. Have you got a Nordic Ware stove top smoker review?

I haven't had the opportunity to use one but from reading the description and scrutinizing the picture it would appear to have all the ingredients to match up well with any small shoe box smoker.

That said, using any smoker indoors is a bit of a risk in my view but I guess that depends on the level of extraction that you have. Certainly in a commercial kitchen the extraction will be excellent but at home?

I'm not sure that I would want my indoor kitchen smoked out but I guess that's personal choice.

Recently bought the Nordic Ware Stovetop Smoker. I love it. If you don't use too much wood chips (these are almost a powder) and you use the exhaust vent over your stove there won't be that much smoke in the house.

People complain about the smoker filling the house with smoke, but I believe that is only because they are using too much wood chip and/or not using an exhaust fan.

I've had more smoke smell in the house when I bring in a fresh smoked turkey. The main thing that I like is that it is heavy duty and made in the USA.
